Font Declaration in styles.css and content.opf #817

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Open an epub with an embedded Font

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
1. It should be present in the content.opf upon open.
2. Font declaration on the styles is missing "url("

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
v0.4.0 XP 32

The epub file you opened had these errors. Sigil didn't add them.
