Flight Crew reports initial load as invalid URL

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1.Load raw html file to Sigil 4.0 b3
2.
3.
...

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
Clean load.

FlightCrew reports
OEBPS/content.opf|9|The <item> element's "href" attribute value is 
"Text/Lucia's Progress.htm", which is not a valid URI.

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
v 4.0 bets 3 on win 7
