toc.ncx contains non-existant files

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1.Load htm file
2.Split (f6)
3.Run Flight Crew
TOC looks good.
...

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
Properly made toc.ncx

file contains non-existant files with chapter id's.

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
V 4.0 beta 3 w/ win 7

You have to push the Generate toc button after you do the split to update the 
NCX. Sigil will not update it for you. Remember, users now have the ability to 
edit the NCX by hand and Sigil cannot assume you want your TOC overwritten.
