What steps will reproduce the problem?
0. Open epub in Adobe Digital Editions and load the file (in attachment) to see
how the front page should look like (after the cover page) It should display
something like ( GREG EGAN, KWARANTANNA, CZĘŚĆ PIERWSZA)
1. Open sigil and load epub file
2. Save file in Sigil (do not make any changes)
3. Open epub file again in Adobe Digital Editions and look a the first page. It
will look like GREG EGAN, KWARANTANNA, CZ??? PIERWSZA (question marks instead
of polish letters). What is more, the formatting gets broken (text-indents,
margin-bottom space..)
...

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
Sigil preserves correct encoding and formatting

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
Sigil-0.4.0β3-Windows-Setup.exe
Windows XP

Issue does not occur for version Sigil-0.3.4b-Windows-Setup.exe
