Add "About Sigil" menu item #836

I tried to find the Sigil version number from within Sigil and could not.

Conventionally on OS X, applications will have an 'About' menu item under the
application main menu.

What I'd like to see is a menu item called 'About Sigil' under the 'Sigil' menu
item. When I click on 'About Sigil' a dialog should popup that presents the
application version number and perhaps other information (typically the
copyright notice).

I'm using Sigil 0.3.4 on OS X 10.6.7.

There is no Help > About on 0.3.4 in OS X. Please reopen this issue.

Then check in the main "Sigil" menu.

OK, it is there ... I got 'blinded', perhaps, by the blue question mark icon in
front of the text in the menu item. I am so used to looking for the leading
word "About" that my brain registered the icon and didn't look any further.

A bit unusual to see an icon there; but that kind of thing is fallout from
multi-plaform development I guess.

Sorry for the false report.
