Phantom errors on Validate Epub with 4.0B3

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Open epub that validates fine with FlightCrew
2. Click checkmark to run Validate Epub
3. Many errors are returned in the vein of: "resource is not reachable" and 
"file dose not exist" (see attached)

I actually posted this to the blog (sorry for clogging up the comments!) and I 
thought the issue was fixed since the same epub checks out fine with Sigil B3 
on a different mac, however I'm still able to reproduce this on my home iMac. 

I've reset the mac, cleared system/user caches and un/reinstalled Sigil to no 
avail. Not a huge issue as I know these are beta releases, but let me know if I 
can help hunt down the problem. Thanks for a great app!
