add to the file type dropdown list #843

For wysiwyg use it would be really nice to be able to have more entries in the 
paragraph type dropdown list. I would suggest that the class entries in the css 
file be appended to the list so that they could be easily assigned to a 
paragraph exactly like the h1 to h2 entries can now. Of course the 
implementation is different in that the class attribute would be added to the p 
tag.

The benefit is more wysiwyg like with a simple selection method but powerful in 
that the user could add new classes to the css file and have them picked up 
automatically.
