Buttons for zoom-in/out please #852

Have only been using Sigil on my 1st book with problems (spacing errors), and 
would consider buttons for zooming in and out a boon - I read the 3 other 
entries on the subject of zooming and suggest 4 buttons - a preset of 10% zoom 
in and out (which would be ample for my needs) and a 2nd set for the user to 
set to his her own preferred percentage) thus covering the 20% and 60% factors 
suggested by others.

Didn't realize that there were buttons at the bottom, although the best place 
would be centered above or below the main text window, fore easiest access.
