[PATCH] Chapter 6 - TexturedTriangle fails to compile

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. go to Linux/Chapter06/TexturedTriangle folder
2. enter "make"

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
The example should compile but I get the error:
$ make

revision 176, 64-bit GNU/Linux, GCC 4.4.5

myIdentityShader should be renamed to myTexturedIdentityShader, patch attached
