Will you please consider making an optional compat addon for UNSUNG mod to utilize the Hand gesture for deployed state?

ugh.. i don't use UNSUNG, so chance is pretty small. You can make compat mod by yourself, using https://github.com/10Dozen/dzn_MG_Tripod/blob/master/source/dzn_MG_Tripod_CUP_RifleGestures/config.cpp as an example, and then post it in workshop with dependency to dzn_MG_Tripod Core.
