ADDED: New interface of zone's properties. Extra options added in order to allow/disallow provide or request reinforcement for groups in specific zone a new interface of zone. ADDED: DynAI Helper: support of the new zone extra properties. FIX: DynAI Helper: undefined value for restrictedHouses on group edit in some cases.
