Garmin Connect Additions

Thank you for this library, and updating it when the Garmin "API" changes.

In this PR I added five new methods -

• getWorkoutList (Get all workouts from Garmin website)
• createWorkout (Added the ability to add workouts to Garmin)
• deleteWorkout (Delete a workout from Garmin)
• createStepNote (Adds a note to a step of a workout)
• scheduleWorkout (Schedule a workout on a specific day)
