warning in running prefilight checks: problem fetching io #135

Has anyone come across this issue?

i've already checked all the paths and files and they have nothing wrong. How come i have this warning?

The code is still running in the terminal, i'm wondering if this warning has some impact on my final outcome.

That warning just means that statistics about disk read/write rate may not be complete, usually because a child process completed very quickly after starting, which is fairly common during preflight. Not sure why you're seeing it in the console however; it should be out of sight in debugging logs.

i decided to ignore this warning, as the whole process is running so smoothly except for the warning at the very beginning.

If there is really something wrong happened, each sample data should experience the same problem which may not affect the biological difference that i'm going to capture.

Not sure whether it is right.

To be 100% clear: this warning has nothing to do with the processing of biological data - it's about collection of computational performance statistics. If you have further concerns about anything, please reach out to support@10xgenomics.com.
