Circular chromosomes? #146

Can cellranger process circular chromosomes on its own, or would I have to make an artificial chromosome that joins the chromosome at a different point?

We don't support circular chromosomes at the moment. The easiest would likely be to rewrite the chromosome so that no annotated transcripts spanned the breakpoint in the sequence.
