I am trying to compile several samples using cellranger aggr. Each sample was run with cellranger multi to analyze GEX/BCR/TCR but when I run aggr I only get an output folder for counts, not BCR/TCR despite them being present in the individual cellranger multi output directories. Any tips for how to proceed, log and a file titled vdrkill attached.
