I am using cellranger arc 2.0 and wanted to remove PCR duplicate reads from the gex_possorted_bam.bam with same cell and molecule barcode and mapping to the same position.
If I use the samtools flag -F 1024 would that remove PCR duplicates accounting for both barcode and UMI ?
