Smart Seq 2 - bams without BC tag #121

Hey there Could we use Vartrix with SmartSeq2 data whose bams don't have the BC tag? Could we add some sort of BC tag? Thanks

yes, if you can add the right tag to your BAM, it should work fine. The default tag it looks for is "CB", you you can tell it what tag to use on the command line.
