Add mongo-orchestration console_scripts entry point. #104

Currently we start the server with "python server.py ...". It would be nice to use entry points for this to install a mongo-orchestration binary.

resolved as of bc2b7567a8e0e0c8d7f6dcdd19a46e6bb3bb3d79. Some documentation changes to the README pending.
