Add BTCZ coin support #94

BTCZ coin support is sorely lacking, as well as a new build for windows for those who don't want to compile it themselves

There is a new release for Windows, see https://github.com/10gic/vanitygen-plusplus/releases/tag/v0.2.0 If BTCZ is similar with BTC, you can add its info into file base58prefix.txt
