Requested Faction transfer command.
using "/factiontransfer".
Arguments : Player Name, Faction Name or Faction ID.
Example : /factiontransfer Tensa CZ (Tensa's faction is changed "CZ (Citizen Faction Faction ID)".
This command is not responsible for problems caused by faction changes.
