Can not go back. Always an error in Windows Defender "Your IT administrator .."

You probably chose "Delete" when you originally ran the program. Revert cannot undo deleting those services from your machine. You will have to reset/reinstall your windows installation. This is why DWT is set to "Disable" by default.
