MP6 #1

Since MP6 is now default on WordPress.com (and thus WordPress.com VIP) it's time to start mocking things up in the style of MP6.

But.... since MP6 isn't shipped with .org installs, I should keep the old scheme as well.

With the MP6 things, having a flat design should make it easier to create native keynote objects which should hopefully keep the filesize low.

Admin icons will be tricky to get into keynote as they are not images at all, but vectors. Perhaps generate fallback images somehow?

3cbf9d0558178d66e7eebd51bb6df46c9f94d47a is a start on MP6 styles. Future development will all be done in the MP6 style as it's being rolled into core for WP 3.8.
