Update Support Level from Active to Stable

Description of the Change

This PR drops the support level from Active to Stable. There's a similar support forum post on WP.org that attempts to avoid support issues there and instead push folks to GitHub as well as note that bugs and security issues get priority, PRs for enhancements will be considered, but otherwise we intend to test against major WordPress versions only.

Is a follow up PR needed to update the readme.txt file? The support status isn't currently listed on WP.org but it may be helpful to add it.

@peterwilsoncc I'm not wildly opinionated about listing the support level on readme.txt/wp.org though it is stated in the sticky post in the wp.org forum. Open to suggestions on how best to note that in readme.txt/on wp.org if you've ideas?

Including it in the support forums makes sense to me.
