Test against WordPress 5.9

Is your enhancement related to a problem? Please describe. Once WordPress 5.9 is released, we'll want to test Ads.txt Manager to see if any incompatibility issues arise.

• [x] test Ads.txt Manager on WordPress 5.9
• [ ] open issues for any incompatibilities noted in testing
• [ ] resolve issues identified in testing
• [x] bump "tested up to" version
• [ ] if code changes needed due to incompatibilities, ship a plugin release, otherwise use "Plugin asset/readme update" action to update "tested up to" version on .org repo

With #82 we have automated tests passing against latest WordPress which is 5.9

I have tested this plugin with WordPress 5.9.1 version and it is working fine.

WP version : WordPress 5.9.1 Plugin version : 1.3.0
