Describe the bug

On saving the video, the plugin throws this warning message

message: 'Undefined array key "sub_type"', file: 'wp-content/plugins/brightcove-video-connect/includes/admin/api/class-bc-admin-media-api.php'

Steps to Reproduce

  1. Go to the Video page
  2. Edit the video and save it
