Update connection setup and management

Is your enhancement related to a problem? Please describe. Reduce confusion between our internal and external connection labels, making all connections equal. First focus on getting the connection going, all other settings are irrelevant unless this is done. Having a dedicated settings area for each Connection opens up the possibility to extend Connection level settings more consistently.

• [ ] help understand what a connection is with an empty state and commentary (see https://cloudup.com/cNlfGCKG83r)
• [ ] help & helper text links would link to the relevant section of the docs page (docs page still to-be-created)
• [ ] once we have at least a half working connection, all the rest of the settings can be unhidden - with the main Primary action (see: https://cloudup.com/cr8psqw2S2O)
• [ ] on click of the Add Connection button, the Connection should be saved and the Connection list should be displayed (see: https://cloudup.com/cr8psqw2S2O && https://cloudup.com/cnsboctnHVE)
• [ ] the Connection list should list both internal/network and external connections (see: https://cloudup.com/cnsboctnHVE)
• [ ] Network sites should show automatically, with their URL as the name (see: https://cloudup.com/cnsboctnHVE)

Marking this as blocked for now as I'd like to get v2.0 released and then re-assess which of these screens/interactions are still relevant/worth updating.
