Change language file name to hyphenated case. #23

Unless there is some specific advantage to having a POT file as camelCase, I recommend using hyphenated case for all file names within the plugins and themes.

@timwright12 it has been quite a while since this PR was opened. I will leave it to 10up Engineers to review/rework and decide if this needs to be merged.
