create-10up wp-content [project-name] or create-10up project [project-name]

Do you need a theme? Y/n (runs create-10up theme [project-theme]) Do you need a plugin? y/N (runs create-10up plugin [project-theme])

Let's also talk about potential endpoints for the command, right now it's up between wp-content & project
