Description of the Change

WPAcceptance supports multi snapshots already. This PR retires Github Actions matrix approach and use WPA to handle multiple snapshots.

Alternate Designs

Benefits

Decrease the time to run acceptance tests because we don't need to set up WPA again as using matrix.

Possible Drawbacks
