Elasticsearch volume removal after site deletion #286

Is your enhancement related to a problem? Please describe.

It would be great if, during the site deletion process, WP Local Docker also removes the Elasticsearch volume created for that site. I found myself with some orphaned volumes after creating and deleting some sites.
