Feature request 

Loading composer repositories with package information
Updating dependencies
Your requirements could not be resolved to an installable set of packages.

  Problem 1
    - Root composer.json requires 10up/wp_mock ^1.0.0 -> satisfiable by 10up/wp_mock[1.0.0].
    - 10up/wp_mock 1.0.0 requires php >=7.4 < 8.3 -> your php version (8.3; overridden via config.platform, same as actual) does not satisfy that requirement.

Proposed solution
