Is your enhancement related to a problem? Please describe.

WP Scan has increased the price of their API, so we'd like to investigate options on adding support for Patchstack's API here.

[ ] review functionality of https://github.com/patchstack/wpcli-patchstack compare to this project
[ ] if Patchstack's WP-CLI project is insufficient, work to build in support for https://docs.patchstack.com/docs/enterprise-api as another API provider option in this project
