Description of the Change

In working to publish this action to the GH Marketplace after the 1.5.0 release I ran into issues that the action name was not unique, so this PR resolves that and tidies up a bit more of the docs/codebase ahead of publishing to the GH Marketplace. We'll likely need to ship a minor release to ensure these changes are available in a tagged version before we can properly publish to the GH Marketplace.
