Suppress instructions after pull completion

Description of the Change

Added a new flag to the pull command to suppress instructions when snapshot installation is completed. It is needed for the new version of wp-local-docker which has its own instructions.

This PR extends changes introduced in the #75. So, please, review that PR first.
