Hides various regions from one another:

Lighthouse instance,
Zanaris and Evil Chickens Lair
Evil Bobs Island
Essence Mine
Stronghold of Security (most noticeable on the first level).
Witchaven Dungeon
Legends Guide Dungeon
Tzhaar Fight Caves and Tzhaar City region.
and partially for Trollheim (issues with planes and weird Jagexness prevent a proper fix)
