Quite a large pull request, with changes across the whole of the wilderness, texturing many objects that were missing them such as trees, roots, walls, and rocks.
The bosses Callisto, Vet'ion and Vennantis (and their weaker counterparts) arenas have also been textured with Vet'ion getting the most love due to how their arena was built by Jagex.
I also tried to tame the unrelenting disco that is the Ferox Enclave, reducing the speed and range at which lights pulse or flicker.

Subtle but better than nothing, Callisto is about the same as this, bland due to how Jagex created it with complex models
Vet'ion/Calvar'ion:
The changes to the area are an attempt to stop the environment from switching back and fourth too often.
Failing the entrance obstacle and clicking on the door to try again no longer causes the environment to swap to wilderness then back to frozen waste plateau rapidly, same for the portion after the log balance.
