Update process for the image in case of new Open Web Calendar releases #7

Hi, I was wondering: the dockerfile has a specific version in it. 1.13. There are later versions available. If you like to update your project from mine, there must be a way to automatically run a build based on the release tags.

Thanks for your great work. I modified your code in some ways so no auto pull is possible since it's not your original code anymore.
