Update site repo! #233

Some refactoring has led the original project to now reside in this repository. This PR will update the info accordingly. Thanks!

Since the module.exports is then overwritten on L26-28; https://github.com/partheus/partheus.github.io/blob/1af7d59692cb88635ae53eec5bf1de412b2f5988/.eleventy.js#L26-L28 … And then again on L32-131; https://github.com/partheus/partheus.github.io/blob/1af7d59692cb88635ae53eec5bf1de412b2f5988/.eleventy.js#L32
