taylantatli-com (number 1 weight) is a dead site #638

Looks like one site might need to be removed from the list as the website is no longer available. I can imagine this might be why it's the number 1 weight size? I'm not sure

Thanks @JackHowa for reporting it, indeed it looks to me like this domain is no longer used. @zachleat do we want to remove this site and do we want to add some automation to detect these things or a filter in the speedlify runs for these things?

I remove things manually when the leaderboards run, but happy to merge a delete PR for this ahead of time!
