Remove 11ty.webc.fun from the WebC docs #1621

I let the domain expire today because I’m not planning on maintaining the site. The archive of the site is still available here: https://github.com/darthmall/11ty.webc.fun

I downloaded your code and published the site at https://11tywebcfun.netlify.app/. I modified the deprecation notice slightly and retained your copyright info and the link to your repo. If you'd rather I didn't do any of that, just let me know.

@bobmonsour that’s fine with me. I left the archive up for people to use as they like. I just don’t have the time and motivation to maintain it.

merges yolo'ed. Not sure how often the site gets built/deployed, but I assume this will be fixed on next push/update. Thanks, y'all!
