Update starting-project #1675

Change Name and Description. I don't understand why it isn't listed on the site yet.

I just saw why your template didn't show up. This was an oversight by me when I merged it first. Your file is missing the ".json" extension, so it isn't found by the build.

You are right! I created a new file, so as to solve the problems. Excuse me.
