Can add a action for automatic deployment to gh pages.

I don't know if you have the time, but can you help me do a pull request to my repo for the tags feature. I have tried making it work and it isn't working. @dsaw @llbarr1

This repository is now using lodash style issue management for enhancements. This means enhancement issues will now be closed instead of leaving them open.
