changes njk if statements to inline expressions #97

Implements ternary-like format as described in: https://mozilla.github.io/nunjucks/templating.html#if-expression

Ah, sorry—happy to entertain pushback/discussion but I find these expressions to be much less readable (especially for folks that are familiar with liquid!)
