Probably a dumb question, but yeah. I can't install npm on my machine for some reason, and I'd really rather not debug that if there's just a way to somehow download, drop and drag this plugin into my eleventy directory.
Yes, I suppose there is! The source code is available on each release page as a zip e.g. https://github.com/11ty/eleventy-plugin-rss/releases/tag/v1.0.5
