External ID not found in the system: base.menu_base_config #50

Tried installing sales_channel module, the following error appears:

ParseError: "External ID not found in the system: base.menu_base_config" while parsing file:///C:/Program%20Files/Odoo%209.0-20160923/server/openerp/addons/sale_channel/views/partner_view.xml:55, near

The modules are not working in Odoo 9.0 at the moment, this is still work in progress...
