Tomcat shutdown: fatal messages #508

Recently we had a network issue resulting in a SIGKILL for the Tomcat that runs 
GitBlit. When Tomcat tried to shutdown it logs fatal messages that I thought 
would be of interest to you: see the attached wrapper.log file.

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
GitBlit 1.6.0
Debian 3.2.32-1 x86_64
Apache Tomcat 7.0.53.0 with Java Service Wrapper 3.5.17 on JDK 1.7.0_55-b13 
64-Bit

Thanks for the info but unfortunately I can't cleanup those ThreadLocals as 
they are privately scoped in dependencies.
