Special chars in French are not readable anymore.

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. GitBlit web user interface

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
All special chars in french are replaced by another characters.
I don't have this problem with GitBlit 1.6.0

1.6.1 GO Windows.

I updated GitBlit 1.6.0 > 1.6.1

Yes, sorry about that.  This has already been fixed on master.  I'm waiting for 
any other little/minor bugs to pop-up before issuing a final 1.6.x release.
