Repository Tag is not available #570

I am using product Version 1.6.2 on centos-6.6.

Here Tag option is not available in web ui. Its very tough to tag a repository 
from command line mode for each time. If gitblit provide tag option in web ui 
will be very use-full for developers.

This is not high on my priority list and I don't forsee myself working on this 
anytime soon.  There are numerous git clients which make tagging trivial.  If 
you really want this feature then I suggest hacking on Gitblit and submitting a 
PR through Github.
