Ticket-Refs are not read from packed-refs #596

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Create a new Ticket
2. Close ticket by commit. The ticket ref is now displayed in the commit list
3. Run git gc, by default this will pack all refs into packed-refs file

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
The ticket ref should be still displayed in the commit list. It is not.

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
v1.6.2, Windows 7 / Windows Server 2008 R2

Just tried it, restarting gitblit doesn't solve it.

Found the cause, it was a history rewrite which did not update the refs. So not 
giblit's fault but mine. Sorry! Ticket can be closed.

I'm glad this is resolved and it doesn't require fixes to Gitblit.  :)
