Sendmail.groovy to show change log in plaintext as well.

What steps will reproduce the problem?

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
When i get an email about push notification, i only see the link for commit 
changes. I need to login inside gitblit to finally see the changes. Is it 
possible, to alter the send mail.groovy script such that it show the change log 
as plain text in email along with the link to gitblit.
Perhaps a limitation to show first 200 lines of commit changes. I will get 
grateful to you if this implemented. This is something, if someone commit only 
one line. and we don't want to login to gitblit to look the changes.  can see 
in email right away.

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?

Hi John,

It's an interesting proposal but I won't be implementing it.  If you decide 
it's a critical need, you implement it, and then want to share it back to the 
project I'd be happy to review a GitHub pull request.
